I am Surabhi Nambiar, founder and owner of The Insight Chapter. I am a certified and recognised Professional Constellator under the Constellators International (CI) organisation, based out of Cologne, Germany. I use the concepts of systemic intelligence to address patterns of behavioural discord, communication issues, hierarchy imbalances and inherited trauma within organisations, businesses and as well as personal social systems. The aim is to gain an understanding of the root causes behind the issues, and subsequently facilitate movement towards true acknowledgement, empowerment and self-mastery.

I graduated from Imperial College London in 2006. A chartered engineer by training, I spent the first 15 years of my career working for Shell in the oil and gas industry in a variety of junior and senior technical roles. My work in this industry provided me opportunities to work in Malaysia, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands.

I always held a high level of interest in the dynamics that exist within both personal and professional systems that we all belong to. Primarily in the way that a significant fraction of issues that one encounters on a daily basis boil down to the interconnectedness and communication (or lack thereof) between all the people and elements involved. My own experiences have led me into the space of understanding that unrecognised dynamics and inherited traumas within our systems (e.g. family, work, social circles, etc.) could potentially span generations and affect our day to day lives.

In addition to my CI certification, I am also trained in the leading and facilitation of systemic sessions both in group and private settings, for both personal and corporate/work-based concerns (certified under the Institut für Systemische Aufstellungen – Zurich and the Feld Institut – Cologne). I am based out of Kuala Lumpur and I work both in person and online.
